How you’ll make a difference

This role focuses on maintaining and supporting operational responsibilities across network infrastructure in our datacenters, offices, branches, and connectivity services. You’ll also maintain the tooling used within the Networks Team (Network Monitoring, Capacity Management, Asset Lifecycle Management, Vulnerability management, Incident and problem support, Identity and Access Management (TACACS)), and assist in automating daily activities within the Network Operations tower and ITIL support functions.

The Network Analyst supports and maintains tooling for Network Monitoring, Capacity Management, Asset Lifecycle Management, Vulnerability management, Incident and problem management, and Identity and Access Management (TACACS). Under guidance from senior team members, you will gather requirements and configure the tools to enhance capabilities.

What you’ll bring

• Knowledge of network & security infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of ITIL framework.
• Intermediate experience configuring and managing routers, switches, and routing/switching protocols – CCNA / CCNP level.
• Experience managing network security firewalls.
• Experience with network monitoring and performance analysis.
• Troubleshooting skills for network and security devices.
• Experience configuring network monitoring tools (Solarwinds, PRTG, OpsView).
• Experience with network access management (TACACS, Cisco ISE).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for report automation.
• Advanced scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or Linux Bash.
