Job description

Ryanair is currently recruiting for an ATO Technical Analyst to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group.

This is an excellent opportunity to join Ryanair as we plan to expand to over 800 aircraft and serve 300 million guests within the next 10 years.

The successful candidate will assist the Approved Training Organisation (ATO) management team with various administrative and analytical tasks essential for delivering training to over 8,000 pilots annually and 1,500 new recruits each year.

Candidates with a background in aviation—such as pilot training, engineering, or an aviation degree—would have a distinct advantage; however, full training will be provided.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Tracking pilot license expiry dates and training requirements
  • Liaising with aviation authorities on licensing matters
  • Managing new entry pilot course enrollments
  • Data analysis and reporting to pilot training managers
  • Analyzing simulator and line training data and reporting
Requirements
  • A recognized degree and/or completion of pilot ATPL theory examinations
  • Strong analytical skills to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in a pressurized and fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently with a strong work ethic
  • Experience working in a regulated industry is preferred
