Job summary

The Panel in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Network Systems Engineer to support operation and expansion of its network. This hands-on role covers maintenance and monitoring of datacentre and network systems, deployment of new equipment, and delivery of technical projects.

You will work across the business, reporting directly to the CTO in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in operational engineering, strong Windows/Linux/O365 administration, and experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an operational engineering environment with growing responsibility.
• Systems administration across Windows, O365 and Linux.
• Experience configuring network switches, routers and firewalls.
• Interest in datacentre infrastructure (HVAC, generators, fire suppression, CCTV, access control) and building management systems.
• Knowledge of networking at Layers 1, 2 and 3 (an advantage).
• Project management experience across site builds and migrations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• A full driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
