Network Support Coordinator - Part Time (2 days)
Reporting to the Line Maintenance Manager and working within a team of 6 liaison engineers, you will provide oversight of line maintenance contracts across the easyJet operational network. This role involves collaborating with external maintenance providers and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include reviewing invoices, raising purchase orders, and ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers. This role covers various processes, offering opportunities to develop skills, especially in financial acumen.
What you’ll be doing
You should be confident in learning new IT systems and processes, with support from the team. Responsibilities include ensuring on-time supplier payments, preventing late charges, managing supplier relationships, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and addressing errors or unfair charges. You will oversee the end-to-end financial process, assist with budgeting, coordinate hotel and travel arrangements, support aircraft damage cost recovery, and administer the engineering contracts database. Additionally, you'll manage departmental documentation, track and distribute network instructions, control communications, generate reports for the Line Maintenance Manager, and contribute to dashboards and standards assurance reports.
What you’ll need to do the role:
Confidence in learning new IT systems and processes is essential. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with strong financial control skills. Good written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, stakeholder engagement at all levels, organizational abilities, tenacity, and willingness to travel are key attributes.

Location & Hours of Work
This 12-month fixed-term part-time role will be based in Luton, CG800, working 2 days per week with hybrid working support.
