Job Description - Network Support Coordinator - Part Time (15834)
Reporting to the Line Maintenance Manager and working within a team of 6 liaison engineers, you will oversee line maintenance contracts across the easyJet operational network. This role involves collaborating with external maintenance providers and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include reviewing invoices, raising purchase orders, and ensuring supplier payments are accurate and timely. This position offers opportunities to develop financial skills through various processes.
What you’ll be doing
You will need to quickly learn new IT systems and processes, supported by the team. Responsibilities include ensuring on-time supplier payments, avoiding late payment charges, managing supplier relationships, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and working with Liaison Engineers to resolve errors. You will oversee the entire financial process, assist in budget development, coordinate hotel and travel arrangements for the team, support aircraft damage cost recovery, and manage the engineering contracts database. Additionally, you will control departmental documentation, manage network instruction tracking and distribution, oversee network communications, generate reports for the Line Maintenance Manager, and support dashboard and report development for standards assurance.
What you’ll need to do the role:
You should be confident in learning new IT systems and processes, with strong support from the team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, and possess solid financial process and control skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You should be a team player who contributes to team goals, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, well-organized, tenacious, hardworking, and willing to travel.

Location & Hours of Work
This 12-month fixed-term, part-time role is based in Luton (CG800) and requires 2 days per week. Hybrid working is supported.
