Job summary

ITV is seeking a Network Service Manager to lead operational excellence, ensuring reliable, secure connectivity across ITV sites and cloud environments. The role is based in London with hybrid working (1-2 days on site).

You will own service delivery, drive supplier performance, manage budgets, and champion NetDevOps practices, partnering with engineers, architects, and delivery managers to evolve the network service and improve observability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing network services in a complex, multi-site enterprise.
• Strong vendor management in networking/telecom.
• Understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, cloud networking.
• Experience with NetDevOps, automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Python), CI/CD, IaC.
• Strong commercial acumen and budgeting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership communication.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service frameworks.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance of ITV’s network service with SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage relationships with network MSPs and key suppliers.
• Develop and execute network operations sourcing strategy.
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis.
• Budget management for network operations.
• Drive NetDevOps adoption and observability.
• Collaborate with architecture, delivery managers, and engineers.
