Job summary

ITV is seeking a Network Service Manager to own the end-to-end network service across ITV sites and cloud environments, driving supplier performance, budgets, and delivery excellence. You will embed automation, observability, and modern delivery practices, collaborating with Principal engineers to align service operations with the technical roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating network services across a complex, multi-site enterprise.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and supplier performance.
• Experience with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Familiarity with NetDevOps and automation in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end network service and drive supplier performance.
• Lead incident management for major network events.
• Set and monitor SLAs, KPIs for network service.
• Oversee network budgets and cost optimization.
• Partner with engineers to embed observability and automation.
