Phoenix Software Limited is a leading UK IT solutions and managed services provider focused on the public sector. We are hiring a New Business Development Manager to grow our Network Security portfolio and drive revenue with customers and vendors.

The role can be remote with occasional visits to our HQ in Pocklington. You will develop strategic relationships with vendors, lead campaigns, and enable our sales teams with security expertise while delivering against sales targets and KPIs across UK

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years IT sales experience, ideally in reseller or vendor environment.
• Experience selling Network Security solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to engage with customers and vendors.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a passion for Network Security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Network Security business, driving revenue and KPIs.
• Act as the Network Security specialist for customers and internal sales teams with SME guidance.
• Build and manage vendor relationships and conduct business reviews.
• Drive cross-sell and upsell within existing customers and close opportunities.
• Lead enablement programs and educate teams on Network Security solutions.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, vendors, and operations to run campaigns.
• Monitor performance and report on sales, orders, and gross profit.
