Job summary

Wavenet, a UK-based MSP specialising in cybersecurity and connectivity, is seeking a Network & Security Delivery Team Lead in Manchester. You will lead complex enterprise network projects and design multi-vendor security solutions while staying hands-on.

You’ll also mentor a team of 5-6 consultants, manage workload, and coordinate with PMs, Sales and other delivery teams. CCNP and Fortinet NSE7/FCSS are desirable; travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing, implementing and supporting enterprise network and security solutions.
• Strong hands-on skills in routing, switching and security, with Cisco/Fortinet focus.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading customer projects; formal line management not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from start to finish: workshops, LLDs, SoWs, multi-vendor design and deployment.
• Mentor and manage a team of 5–6 consultants; allocate work, conduct 1:1s, and oversee training and certifications.
