Responsibilities

• Design and deliver implementation services across a wide range of clients and technologies.
• Mentor and act as a technical escalation point with SME knowledge.
• Collaborate with Sales, Projects Practice, Pre-Sales, Customers and other parties.
• Create technical documentation as required.
• Lead design workshops and SoW discussions.
• Present technical documentation to customers.
• Renew/upgrade required certifications.
• Ensure projects meet time, quality, scope and cost targets.
• Assist in Proof of Concept design for solution delivery.
• Create or support test documentation and test scenarios.
• Aim for personal and business KPI targets and continuous improvement.
