Job summary

Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks in Perth is seeking a Scheduler to join the Networks Operational Delivery team. You will optimise work plans, maximise resource utilisation and help deliver excellent service to customers across the network.

The role requires scheduling, administration and customer-focused experience with strong Excel and data analysis skills, and a proven record of meeting SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Scheduling, administration or customer-focused experience.
• Strong admin and communication skills under pressure.
• Experience meeting SLAs and KPIs with continuous improvement.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating staff, resources, schedules, budgets, deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work to meet programme and customer requirements.
• Plan annual leave and training to avoid under-resourcing.
• Collate and process paperwork after validation checks.
• Handle internal and external customer enquiries by email/phone.
• Attend daily meetings to discuss progress and improvements.
• Respond to emergency events including severe weather when required.
