The Network Quality Assurance Technician (NQAT) is responsible for maintaining a high-quality, 24-hour service to our internal and external customers in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
The NQAT will ensure our delivery partners operate within their remit under the Bristol Water Framework, delivering to exact standards that meet environmental and stakeholder requirements, including Local Authorities. This will primarily involve inspection, diagnosis, monitoring, and reporting of our delivery partners' work daily, including health and safety, and providing support during supply interruptions.
The NQAT is responsible for ensuring all aspects of delivery maintain high compliance across a multi-functional framework, including Repair and Maintenance, New Mains and Services, Renovations, Metering, and Reinstatement, supporting overall performance in their geographical area, including cost, productivity, service levels, and customer expectations.
Normal hours for this role are 47.5 per week.
