Job summary

Neos Networks is seeking an experienced Network Operations Team Leader to guide our 24/7 NOC and four shift teams from Havant. You will drive performance, manage incidents, and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment.

This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working with a base salary up to £60k, plus a performance-related bonus and a comprehensive benefits package supporting family, finances, and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience within a NOC, telecommunications, service operations, or technical support environment.
• Leadership, supervisory, or people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of telecoms and network technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing incidents, escalations, and operational priorities.
• Proactive coaching, mentoring and developing others.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting NOC shift teams to deliver excellent service 24/7.
• Managing customer and operational escalations.
• Driving incident and fault resolution performance.

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Network Operations Team Leader to provide day to day leadership of our Network Operations Centre within a 24x7 operational environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong operational and technical experience who is passionate about developing people, driving performance, and delivering excellent customer outcomes. You'll lead 4 teams of 24/7 NOC engineers, manage operational escalations, support major incidents, and play a key role in shaping the future of the NOC through continuous improvement initiatives.
