This role is with Telent, located in Liverpool, United Kingdom. The position requires EU work permit and involves working within a 24/7 shift rota to support the Network Operations Centre (NOC).

Job Description:

As part of our Engineering Team, you'll innovate and collaborate with technical experts to maintain the nation's critical infrastructure. The NOC Technician provides administrative support, ensuring incidents are resolved per procedures and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
2. Create incident tickets from customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests and allocate tickets.
4. Manage incident tickets with updates.
5. Coordinate traffic management and liaise with utility companies and customers.

Who You Are:

Previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills across all seniority levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
