Job summary

QinetiQ is seeking a Reporting & Performance Lead to translate operational and financial data into actionable insights. You will produce monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports and develop Power BI dashboards for internal readers and customers.

Based at the Boscombe or Farnborough site, this role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to influence decisions with data, and a readiness to work across multidisciplinary teams. SC clearance is a stated requirement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience producing performance MI and KPI reporting.
• Ability to interpret complex operational/financial data and translate into actionable insights.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Producing and delivering monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports to internal and customer stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and management information reporting.
• Interpreting performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Building relationships with stakeholders across sites to understand context behind reported performance.
• Challenging assumptions and providing recommendations to support decision making.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, insight generation and performance management.
