Job summary

X4 Technology is seeking a Network Inventory Support Engineer (Comarch) for a remote role with occasional travel to London. You will join a project team supporting a large-scale Network Inventory & Service Management platform built on Comarch.

The role covers hands-on L2/L3 support across inventory, service orchestration and data integration. Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of Comarch, network inventory or OSS, and experience troubleshooting APIs with SLA-driven timelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Comarch—Inventory Management Ecosystem preferred.
• Background in network inventory, OSS or service management platforms in telecom/fibre operators.
• Strong incident diagnosis and troubleshooting skills with SLA awareness.
• Experience with API and data integration troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for resource inventory, service orchestration, and data integration.
• Troubleshoot physical and logical resources (cables, hardware, GIS/address data).
• Investigate and resolve service catalogue and orchestration incidents.
• Support configuration management across technology domains and connectivity models.
• Diagnose data integration failures (API orchestration between CDM and platform).
• Escalate and document incidents, root cause analyses, and resolution notes.
• Liaise with vendors/third parties to resolve issues within SLA.
• Contribute to knowledge bases, runbooks, and support documentation.

We're hiring an L2/L3 Support Engineer to join a project team supporting a large-scale Network Inventory & Service Management platform, built on Comarch.

Network Inventory Support Engineer – Key Responsibilities

• Providing L2/L3 support across resource inventory, service orchestration, configuration management and data integration
• Troubleshooting physical and logical resource objects — cables, hardware, GIS/address data
• Investigating and resolving service catalogue and service orchestration incidents
• Supporting configuration management across technology domains and connectivity modelling
• Diagnosing and resolving data integration failures (API orchestration between the Common Data Model and the platform)
• Escalating and documenting incidents, root cause analyses and resolution notes
• Liaising with platform vendors and third parties to resolve issues within SLA
• Contributing to knowledge base articles, runbooks and support documentation

Network Inventory Support Engineer – Key Skills Required

• Hands‑on experience with Comarch — ideally the Inventory Management Ecosystem, though experience with other Comarch modules considered
• Background in network inventory, OSS or service management platforms, ideally for a telecom or fibre/broadband operator
• Strong incident diagnosis and troubleshooting skills, comfortable working to SLAs
• Experience with API/data integration troubleshooting
• Based in or able to commute to London for occasional on‑site work
