Job summary

BRUSH Group is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team in managing and improving network services across sites, cloud, and hosted environments. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement changes within a controlled change-management framework.

The role includes 2nd/3rd line support, incident response, patching, and collaboration with InfoSec and business teams. A solid background in enterprise networks and ITIL will be valuable, with hybrid/remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as Infrastructure Engineer / Network Engineer / network-focused role in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience identifying, testing, implementing and documenting network configuration changes within a controlled change management framework.
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL v4 Foundation or higher preferred).
• Hands-on experience with incident, problem, request, and major incident management.
• Understanding of network lifecycle management, patching, firmware management, and vendor support requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of network infrastructure across locations.
• Monitor network performance, availability and capacity; proactively resolve issues to minimise disruption.
• Identify network configuration changes to support business, security and projects.
• Assess, document, test, and implement approved network changes per standards.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for network incidents and service requests.
