Job summary

Serco Limited is seeking a Network Analyst for a hybrid, full-time role based in the UK. You will support and improve network services across multiple sites, contributing to security, performance and user experience.

The role covers LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN and cloud networking with opportunities to shape the network roadmap and deploy new technologies. CCNA/Network+ and cloud experience are desirable, with SC clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in network engineering or network support.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN and Wi‑Fi technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and operation of secure enterprise network services across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi and cloud environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and service issues to maintain availability and security.
• Assist with network deployments and service improvements with internal teams and third‑party partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, Service Management, Engineering, Security and IT teams to investigate issues and deliver solutions.
• Contribute to technical designs, documentation and the introduction of new network services.
• Manage relationships with network suppliers and third parties to ensure delivery to standards.
• Stay updated with emerging network technologies and best practices to improve resilience and performance.
• Travel to Serco sites and partner locations as required.
