As the first point of technical response, you will perform first‑line troubleshooting, manage incidents, and collaborate with senior engineers. A path to Network Engineer with funded certifications is provided.

We are seeking a Junior NOC Engineer / Junior Network Engineer to join a Managed Services Team. In this rewarding customer-facing role, you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and maintaining customer network environments across a range of enterprise networking and security technologies.
Working alongside experienced Network Engineers and Technical Consultants, you will act as the first point of technical response for customer incidents, proactively monitor network performance, investigate alerts, perform first-line troubleshooting, and elevate issues where required.
