The Business Support Administrator role will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role largely involves managing diaries, scheduling meetings and performing various administrative tasks to support the team.

Role location flexibility can be offered, however periodic travel maybe required into our London offices.

About the role

  • Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and mail. Draft and proofread documents and correspondence as needed
  • Support to Team: Provide administrative support to team members, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Diary / Meeting Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the team across multiple time zones. Ensure all calendar entries are up-to-date and conflicts are resolved promptly
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases. Ensure all information is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist with meeting logistics, including booking rooms, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting materials

What are we looking for?

  • A maximum of 1-2 years administrative experience is required for this position.
  • Experience in diary/meeting management and scheduling in multiple time zones is essential.
  • Proactive with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities, effectively managing expectations when required.
  • Excellent communication: demonstrates an effective style of communication and collaboration, both verbally and in writing.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Some recent evidence of administration training or experience.
