Job summary

Civica UK Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications to lead a major NetSuite transformation. You will own the platform, work with implementation partners, and partner with finance, technology and operations to ensure the solution delivers value and scales with Civica's global growth.

You will build and lead a dedicated team, shape processes from the ground up, and become the strategic owner of a critical enterprise application underpinning Civica's worldwide operations for years

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or playing a key role in a NetSuite implementation programme
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery
• Ability to engage, influence, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa

Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Owner and strategic lead for Civica's NetSuite platform
• Partner with implementation providers to ensure configuration and delivery
• Lead development, governance, and optimisation of NetSuite across the organisation
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and ops
• Lead enterprise application projects through full SDLC
• Drive Agile delivery practices and stakeholder engagement
• Establish and lead a high-performing Enterprise Applications team
• Manage platform enhancements, releases, integrations, and improvements
• Support global rollout of NetSuite across business areas
