Job summary

Civica in London is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications to lead Civica's NetSuite transformation. You will own the platform, work with partners and finance teams, and shape processes from the ground up.

You will build and lead a team, drive agile delivery, and ensure the solution delivers value across the globe, underpinning Civica's growth and operations for years to come. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in our Southbank office.

Qualifications

• Proven NetSuite implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading enterprise applications in complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner and strategic lead for Civica's NetSuite platform.
• Partner with implementation providers to ensure successful configuration.
• Lead development, governance, and optimisation of NetSuite across the organisation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and back.
• Build relationships with Finance, Technology, and operations stakeholders.
• Lead enterprise application projects through full SDLC.
• Drive Agile delivery, including sprint planning and prioritisation.
• Establish and lead a high-performing Enterprise Applications team.
• Manage platform enhancements, releases, integrations, and improvements.
• Support global rollout and adoption of NetSuite across business areas.
