Job summary

Huel is seeking a Systems Manager with strong hands-on NetSuite expertise to maintain, improve and develop the systems that keep our business running. You will work across NetSuite and Celigo integrations, solving problems and delivering improvements while collaborating with Finance, Operations and other departments.

You will drive automation and AI-enabled efficiency, manage stakeholders at all levels, and partner with implementation vendors to deliver cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite experience in a business-critical environment (configuration, workflows, troubleshooting).
• End-to-end Supply Chain and Finance processes in NetSuite (purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, order management, fulfilment, core finance).
• Proactive problem-solving with ability to collaborate or escalate as needed.
• Drive to improve using automation tools and AI to add value.
• Strong stakeholder management across the business at all levels.
• Experience working with implementation partners, vendors or consultants.
• Calm under pressure; ability to prioritise and stay composed when issues arise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support and optimise NetSuite; manage configuration changes and ensure reliability.
• Design, test and deliver system improvements across NetSuite and Celigo.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual effort using NetSuite capabilities and automation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations and other departments to develop practical system solutions.
• Collaborate with other Systems team members, document solutions and expand knowledge across NetSuite, Celigo and EDI operations.
