Job summary

Neat is seeking a Business Systems Manager to own the intent layer of our systems roadmap and help stand up infrastructure enabling fast, reliable builds. You will turn ambiguous business asks into structured, buildable specs and partner with the Business Systems Engineer and admins on DevOps, data quality, and context for every release.

You’ll help modernize quoting, dynamic pricing, and subscription management, working day-to-day with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Celigo teams to maintain data

Qualifications

• 5 years in business systems analysis, product management, or revenue operations.
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Experience setting up or maturing DevOps practices in small teams.
• Ability to translate business asks into actionable specs and write clear acceptance criteria.
• Proven track record delivering agile, end-to-end projects with UAT.

Responsibilities

• Own the business systems intake process and prioritize backlog.
• Lead agile delivery including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
• Collaborate with engineers and admins on DevOps, environments, pipelines, testing, and rollback.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across core systems.
• Build and maintain context libraries for engineering knowledge.
• Coordinate with admins and leadership to align specs with platform capabilities.
• Translate business asks into precise specs for engineers to execute.
• Balance rapid MVPs with long-term roadmaps.
