Catch Resource Management Ltd. seeks a Senior Systems Manager to drive NetSuite performance, governance and automation. You will oversee Celigo integrations, EDI and ERP-wide system improvements, enabling scalable finance and ecommerce operations.

The role focuses on delivering reliable platforms, reducing manual work and aligning technology with business growth across retail, Amazon integrations and 3PL partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience, including configuration, workflows, troubleshooting and ongoing system improvement.
• Good understanding of core finance processes and impact of system changes on financial ops.
• Familiarity with Celigo integrations and EDI connections.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into practical system improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of NetSuite and ensure reliability, security and proper management of the platform.
• Oversee integrations linking core systems with logistics partners, Amazon, and retail customers.
• Deliver system enhancements and process improvements to reduce manual work and support growth.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to translate business challenges into practical system solutions.
