Job summary

CheckFire Ltd is seeking a NetSuite Specialist to lead the ongoing optimisation and development of our NetSuite ERP platform. You will shape system design, improve processes, and strengthen financial controls across the platform, partnering with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT to deliver scalable, well-controlled solutions.

You will own system governance and drive enhancements across GL, AP, AR and reporting, while supporting data migration, integrations and UAT cycles in a growing

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT, Accounting or related field.
• SuiteFoundation + NetSuite Administrator or ERP certifications.
• 3+ years with financial systems and strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR.
• Deep NetSuite experience: configuration, customization, dashboards, saved searches and data migration.
• Hands-on with multiple modules (Fixed Assets, Projects, etc.).
• Integration experience across APIs, middleware and web services.
• Strong understanding of role-based security, custom records and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite design, configuration and governance.
• Maintain, configure and enhance NetSuite environment including workflows and reporting.
• Drive governance: roles, access, audit tasks and SDOT.
• Support data migration, data integrity and master data governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT to deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide user training and create documentation.
