Job summary

CheckFire Ltd. is seeking a senior NetSuite specialist to lead the ongoing optimisation and development of our ERP platform. The role focuses on system design, process efficiency, data quality, and strengthening financial controls across NetSuite.

The candidate will partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT to deliver scalable, well-controlled solutions that improve the end-to-end NetSuite experience.

Qualifications

• Strong NetSuite implementation and governance experience.
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Collaborative across Finance, IT, Ops and FP&A.
• Degree in Business, IT, Accounting or related field.
• Certifications: SuiteFoundation and NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant.
• Experience with APIs, middleware and data migration is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Finance Systems lead for NetSuite, ensuring stability and control.
• Maintain and enhance NetSuite with workflows, reporting, roles and permissions.
• Drive governance around security, segregation of duties, and access management.
• Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions for GL, AP, AR, Sales, and close.
• Lead integrations with core systems and data migration initiatives.
• Provide user training and documentation.
