Job summary

CheckFire Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a NetSuite Specialist to lead the ongoing optimisation and development of our NetSuite ERP platform. You will shape system design, improve process efficiency, enhance data quality, and strengthen financial controls across the platform, working closely with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT to deliver scalable, well-controlled solutions.

You will own governance, manage integrations, support data migration, and drive transformations, aiming to evolve

Qualifications

Experience leading NetSuite initiatives and upgrades.
Strong data quality and controls in financial systems.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.

Responsibilities

Systems Ownership & Governance: Finance Systems lead for NetSuite, ensure stability and continuous improvement.
Process Optimisation & Functional Support: translate requirements into scalable solutions across GL, AP, AR, Sales, close, FP&A and Reporting.
Integrations & Data Flow: manage integrations with core systems, ensure data accuracy and timely data.
Projects & Continuous Improvement: lead major NetSuite initiatives, automate processes, strengthen end-to-end controls.
