Job summary

CheckFire Ltd, a long-standing fire trade specialist, seeks a Netsuite Specialist to lead ongoing optimisation and development of the NetSuite ERP platform. You will partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT to deliver scalable, well-controlled solutions that improve end-to-end processes.

You will design system solutions, enhance data quality, strengthen financial controls, and drive governance across the platform, including integrations, reporting and user training to ensure strong adoption.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT, Accounting or a related field.
• SuiteFoundation + NetSuite Administrator or equivalent certification.
• Desirable: SuiteScript/SuiteTalk scripting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance of NetSuite, ensuring stability, controls and continuous improvement.
• Configure, customize, and enhance NetSuite with workflows, scripts, reporting and permissions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions across GL, AP, AR, and FP&A.
• Provide user training and documentation to embed best practices.
