Job summary

CheckFire Ltd is seeking a Netsuite Specialist to lead ongoing optimisation and development of our NetSuite ERP platform, aligning systems and controls with growth. You will partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT to deliver scalable, well-controlled solutions, configure workflows, reports, roles, and data quality, and drive data integrity across the GL, AP, AR and reporting.

The role requires governance, integrations, and continuous improvement focus.

Qualifications

• Structured problem solver who identifies improvements and challenges the status quo constructively.
• Able to explain technical concepts to Finance and non-technical colleagues.
• Adaptable and collaborative, able to work across departments and balance BAU with project work.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing optimisation and development of NetSuite ERP platform.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT to deliver scalable, well-controlled solutions across GL, AP, AR, Sales and reporting.
• Configure workflows, scripts, custom objects, reporting, roles and permissions, and data governance.
• Manage integrations with core business systems and data migration efforts.
• Lead or support NetSuite initiatives, upgrades, and UAT cycles.
