Job summary

CheckFire Ltd is seeking a Netsuite Specialist to lead ongoing optimisation and development of the NetSuite ERP platform. You will shape system design, improve processes, and strengthen financial controls across the platform, partnering with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT.

You will own governance, ensure data integrity, and drive enhancements that enable scalable growth for a market-leading fire safety company with extensive experience and a strong service focus.

Qualifications

• Structured problem solver with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Experience configuring NetSuite, dashboards, saved searches and data migration.
• Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, Projects and strong API integrations.
• Degree in Business/IT/Accounting field.
• SuiteFoundation + NetSuite Administrator or ERP certifications.
• 3+ years working with financial systems and finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Finance Systems owner for NetSuite, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
• Configure, enhance NetSuite including workflows, scripts, roles and permissions.
• Manage governance: role design, access controls, audit tasks and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support data migration, data quality improvements and master data governance.
• Lead or support NetSuite upgrade, module implementations and UAT cycles.
