Job summary

CheckFire Ltd in the UK is seeking a Netsuite Specialist to lead the ongoing optimisation and development of our NetSuite ERP platform.

You will partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT to deliver scalable, well-controlled solutions, shaping design, improving data quality and strengthening financial controls.

This role focuses on governance, integrations, data migration and continuous improvement as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Structured problem solver who identifies improvements.
• Able to explain technical concepts to Finance and non-technical colleagues.
• Adaptable and collaborative across departments, balancing BAU with project work.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite governance: stability, controls and improvements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions across GL, AP, AR, Sales, FP&A and Reporting.
• Manage integrations with core systems and data flows; support data migration and master data governance.
• Lead NetSuite initiatives, upgrades, enhancements and UAT; drive automation and improved reporting.
