Job summary

CheckFire Ltd. is seeking a NetSuite Specialist to lead ongoing optimisation and development of our NetSuite ERP platform.

You will shape system design, improve processes, strengthen financial controls, and partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT to deliver scalable, well-controlled solutions. Responsibilities include governance of NetSuite, configuring workflows, managing data migration, and delivering user training to ensure high adoption and data quality.

• Structured problem solver with ability to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Finance Systems lead for NetSuite, ensuring stability, control and continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions across GL, AP, AR, Sales, FP&A and Reporting.
• Lead integrations with core systems and data flows for accurate, timely information.
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting and user training to embed best practices.
