Job summary

CheckFire Ltd is seeking a NetSuite Specialist to lead the optimisation and development of our NetSuite ERP, ensuring scalable, well-controlled processes across finance and operations. You will govern configuration, workflows and reporting while partnering with Finance, FP&A, and IT to deliver robust solutions.

Experience in NetSuite administration, suitescript/talk, and data governance is essential, with a degree in Business/IT/Accounting.

Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite configuration, customization, roles/permissions and dashboards.
• Understanding of GL, AP, AR, and reporting within NetSuite.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing optimisation and development of NetSuite ERP platform across GL, AP, AR, Sales, period close, FP&A and Reporting.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT to deliver scalable, well-controlled solutions.
• Manage integrations with core business systems and data migration projects.
• Provide user training and create documentation for best practices.
• Support or lead NetSuite initiatives including upgrades and UAT cycles.
