Job summary

CheckFire Ltd is seeking a Netsuite Specialist to lead the ongoing optimisation and development of our NetSuite ERP. You will own system governance, drive enhancements across GL, AP, AR, and Reporting, and partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT to deliver scalable, well-controlled solutions.

The role requires deep NetSuite experience, SuiteFoundation and NetSuite Administrator certs, 3+ years in financial systems, and a collaborative approach balancing BAU support with strategic

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT, Accounting or related field.
• SuiteFoundation + NetSuite Administrator or ERP certifications.
• 3+ years working with financial systems and strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR.
• Deep NetSuite experience: configuration, dashboards, data migration.
• Hands-on experience across multiple modules such as Fixed Assets or Projects.
• Integration experience across APIs and web services.
• Strong understanding of role-based security, custom records and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite system governance, ensuring stability and continual improvement.
• Configure workflows, scripts, custom objects, reporting, roles and permissions.
• Drive governance: roles, audits, segregation of duties, secure access.
• Reduce reliance on external providers by building internal capability.
• Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions across GL, AP, AR, Sales, FP&A and Reporting.
• Lead process improvements to strengthen controls and user experience.
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting and data quality.
• Deliver user training and documentation of best practices.
• Manage integrations with core systems and data flows; support data migration.
• Lead or support NetSuite initiatives, upgrades and UAT; identify automation opportunities.
