Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our IT team. Based in Burntwood, this hybrid role combines on-site collaboration with flexible remote work, three days a week at our head office.

You will provide 1st and 2nd line support for key business applications, manage user access and audits, and work with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve incidents within SLAs, helping us maintain data security and ongoing system improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience administering NetSuite and associated modules.
• Experience in ERP application support and data security.
• Ability to produce KPI reports using Microsoft Office.
• Proven track record in managing user access and audits.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers to deliver service.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line application support within SLAs and OLAs.
• Act as subject matter expert for NetSuite and ERP modules.
• Administer NetSuite and associated ERP systems.
• Manage user access requests and conduct regular access audits.
• Collaborate with auditors to support compliance and data security.
• Build relationships with internal teams, vendors and suppliers.
• Investigate issues and coordinate with technology partners for resolution.
• Contribute to system changes and ongoing process improvements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.
• Support data integrity and security standards across applications.
