Job summary

Core Highways is seeking an Applications Support Engineer for NetSuite and related business applications. Based in Milton Keynes with a hybrid/remote option, you will support NetSuite modules and drive improvements across systems.

You will work with Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable solutions. You will manage integrations, upgrades, and user guidance while maintaining data integrity and system governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite modules within a business environment.
• Ability to support NetSuite and related line of business applications.
• Experience with API integrations and data workflows.
• Strong problem solving and clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and support NetSuite and connected applications.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line engineering support for NetSuite and related systems.
• Liaise with finance, HR, and stakeholders on NetSuite needs.
• Manage integrations and data connections between NetSuite and other apps.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases, and regression testing.
• Configure NetSuite features like saved searches, workflows, and roles.
• Provide user guidance and training on NetSuite best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy across NetSuite and connected systems.
