Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our hybrid team based at the Burntwood head office. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support for core business applications, becoming a SME for NetSuite and ERP modules while ensuring data security and access governance.

You’ll work with auditors, vendors and internal teams to continuously improve system delivery. Key requirements include 2+ years NetSuite experience, ITIL knowledge, and a drive to deliver excellent customer

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience administering and supporting NetSuite and associated modules.
• Strong experience in NetSuite and ERP application support.
• Experience managing user access, audits and data security requirements.
• Experience with document management and maintaining system documentation.
• ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Providing effective 1st and 2nd line application support, resolving incidents within SLAs/OLAs.
• Administering and supporting NetSuite and associated ERP modules.
• Managing user access requests and completing regular access audits.
• Collaborating with auditors and external suppliers to ensure compliance and data security.
• Developing and maintaining system documentation and procedures.
