Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a high-impact energy and sustainability specialist to own the client's utilities management platform and lead energy and emissions reporting across a complex global portfolio. You will provide analytical rigour that underpins investment decisions, net-zero trajectory planning, and ESG disclosures.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy management, ESG reporting or sustainability.
• Familiarity with EP100, RE100, CDP, CSRD.
• Ability to model decarbonisation pathways and build net-zero plans.
• Proven capital planning support for energy projects.
• Strong data handling and clear analytical outputs.
• Experience coordinating with Tier 1 vendors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own energy and emissions reporting for ESG disclosures.
• Lead energy management alignment across regional teams.
• Manage utility tracking platform data integrity.
• Develop net-zero trajectory plans across assets.
• Provide portfolio-level carbon analysis and investment advice.
