Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. invites an Energy and Sustainability Program Management Lead to drive critical sustainability initiatives for a prominent global financial sector client.

You will oversee no/low-cost energy efficiency programs and major capital and expense projects, reporting to the Global E&S Director and collaborating with regional leads worldwide. This role requires strong project management, client-facing communication, and the ability to work across multi-country remote settings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI/Tableau experience highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of energy and sustainability initiatives from ideation to completion.
• Manage a portfolio of no/low-cost interventions and capital/expense projects.
• Develop and implement monitoring, communication, and escalation processes for global program.
• Identify opportunities to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability performance.
• Present status updates and variance reports using energy, waste, and water data.
