The role requires delivering energy audits, ESOS-related assessments, and costed energy efficiency programmes, while advising on strategies, compliance, and emerging regulations to drive measurable energy and carbon reductions.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced in delivering energy reduction solutions across diverse property portfolios.
• Professional qualifications in energy management or related field.
• Experience with energy audits and ESOS assessments.
• Ability to prepare robust, costed energy efficiency proposals and reports.

Aufgaben

• Champion safe delivery of energy management activities across sites.
• Promote and embed energy strategies within CBRE delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.
• Produce feasibility studies and fully costed business cases for energy projects.
• Support energy consultancy services including audits and ESOS-related assessments.
• Provide technical advisory on energy compliance, regulatory requirements, and investments.
