Job summary

CBRE in London is seeking an Energy and Sustainability Program Management Lead to drive development and execution of critical initiatives for a prominent global financial client. You will oversee no/low-cost energy measures as well as major capital projects, reporting to the Global E&S Director and collaborating with regional leads and project teams worldwide.

The role requires a track record in sustainability program management within large real estate portfolios, strong communication skills

Qualifications

Proven track record in energy and sustainability program management.
Experience managing large global real estate portfolios.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including senior leadership.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of energy and sustainability initiatives from ideation to completion.
Manage no/low-cost interventions and capital/expense projects to improve sustainability performance.
Develop processes and tools to monitor, communicate, and escalate progress of the global program.
Identify operational improvements to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.
Support the client in achieving sustainability goals and implementing resilience strategies.
Review and interpret energy, waste and water data and reports.
Integrate energy procurement knowledge and emerging technologies into the platform.
