Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and route calls appropriately.
• File and organize documentation.
• Assist with booking appointments and signposting parents and visitors.
• Provide clerical, administrative and IT support to ward staff.
• Receive/new patients on the ward and check records for accuracy.
• Support the nursing staff with routine administrative tasks.
