Responsibilities

• Admin and clerical support on the Acute Medical Floor (22SS).
• Greet patients and visitors and assist nursing staff as needed.
• Answer the telephone and respond to inquiries.
• File and manage records, ensuring notes are orderly.
• Use the Care Flow system and book appointments.
• Coordinate transport and liaison with other departments as requested.
