Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust in England is seeking a Neonatal Sister (Band 6) to coordinate the Neonatal unit. We are looking for an enthusiastic nurse with RN/RM/RCN registration and ENB 405, with experience in a Neonatal Unit.

The post is permanent and requires commitment to shifts including nights, weekends and bank holidays. You will provide clinical expertise in neonatal care, demonstrate leadership and communication skills, and work with the multidisciplinary team to deliver

Formación

• Registered nurse with RN/RM/RCN and ENB 405/QIS.
• Experience in a Neonatal Unit.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate neonatal nursing care and deliver direct patient care.
• Oversee nursing practice during shifts.
• Ensure efficient utilisation of resources to deliver quality care.
• Work closely with ward manager and multidisciplinary team.
• Drive evidence-based practice in line with national guidance.
