Job summary

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Neonatal Sister (Band 6) to coordinate the neonatal unit. You must be an RN/RM/RCN with QIS/ENB 405 and neonatal unit experience, and ready to work in a rotating rota including nights and weekends.

You will lead a dedicated neonatal team, provide clinical expertise, and drive high standards of patient- and family-centred care. Strong communication and prioritisation are essential in this demanding role.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse/midwife/RCN with neonatal unit experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver direct patient care in the neonatal unit.

• Promote evidence-based practice and flexible service delivery.
