The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Band 7 Clinical Project Manager to lead the Neonatal BadgerNet Electronic Patient Record implementation across the Women and Children’s Care Group. The post involves part-time work (22.5 hours/week) with out-of-hours support to ensure go-live milestones are achieved.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse/Midwife with current NMC registration.
• Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role.
• Recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM or AgilePM).
• Qualification or training in change management/improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, NHS Improvement).
• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant clinical discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of the Neonatal BadgerNet Electronic Patient Record implementation, coordinating with the Neonatal clinical team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate project workstreams and delivery against milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify, manage and escalate risks and issues.
• Chair project meetings and maintain clear actions and updates.
• Build effective relationships across clinical, operational and digital teams.
• Support staff engagement and change management, ensuring readiness for implementation.
• Produce project reports and assurance updates for key stakeholders.
• Support training and readiness activities for implementation.
• Apply project management and service improvement approaches to drive change.
