Job summary

Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a part-time Band 7 Clinical Project Manager - Neonatal BadgerNet to lead the implementation of the Neonatal BadgerNet Electronic Patient Record across the Women and Children's Care Group.

You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate workstreams, monitor milestones, manage risks, and support staff engagement and change management to ensure a safe, timely rollout with lasting service improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with experience delivering IT-enabled pathways.
• Excellent communication with clinical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in change management and digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the Neonatal BadgerNet Electronic Patient Record implementation.
• Coordinate project workstreams and delivery against milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify, manage and escalate risks and issues.
• Chair project meetings and maintain clear actions and updates.
• Build relationships across clinical, operational and digital teams.
• Support staff engagement, change management and implementation activity.
• Produce project reports and assurance updates for stakeholders.
• Support training and readiness for implementation.
