Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a part-time Band 7 Clinical Project Manager to lead the Neonatal BadgerNet Electronic Patient Record implementation within the Women and Children’s Care Group. You will coordinate multidisciplinary workstreams, monitor milestones, manage risks, and chair meetings, ensuring timely delivery.

This role supports digital transformation, staff engagement and high-quality neonatal documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Clinical Project Manager in NHS or healthcare digital projects.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive digital transformations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project workstreams and delivery milestones.
• Monitor progress, risks and issues, escalating when needed.
• Chair project meetings and maintain clear actions and updates.
• Build relationships across clinical, operational and digital teams.
• Support staff engagement, change management and implementation activity.
• Produce project reports and assurance updates for stakeholders.
• Support training and readiness for implementation.
• Apply project management and service improvement methods to enable safe change.
