Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of BDRs/SDRs in a growth-stage SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong data-driven approach to forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of BDRs to generate new qualified opportunities and pipeline for the sales team.
• Lead a high-performing Sales team, including hiring, training and mentoring.
• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly performance of inbound and outbound teams to meet quotas.
• Collaborate with Revops and Marketing to report on lead volume, pipeline, conversions, and opportunities.
